Just like every aspect of life, you need to work on a good routine to help improve your sleeping habits. Making sure you get enough sleep for your body, putting down electronics, and relaxing can help with your hygiene.
Creating a sleep schedule is quite easy to do. Look at when you need to wake up in the morning and go back eight (8) hours. This is the recommended time for the average adult. Once you see when you need to go to sleep, put away your electronics at least an hour beforehand, to give your eyes the needed break from the strenuous blue light. Before you go to sleep try to relax from the stress of the day. Take a few minutes to breathe and calm your brain. Then you are ready to sleep.
